Cap-Hot is a private libertine club in Menen (Menin), on the Belgian side of the border and, as it points out, just ten minutes from Lille. Open since 1998, it is clear about what it is: a club for libertine couples, single women and selected single men, with no professionals and no hostesses. In its own words, people come here above all for conviviality, respect and freedom, in a relaxed atmosphere without pressure — everything is possible, but nothing is obligatory.
The house spreads over three levels, with a bar, a dance floor, a hammam, a jacuzzi and, upstairs, a number of intimate rooms. A cold buffet is laid out throughout the evening.
The club opens on Fridays from 9pm to 3am and on Saturdays from 9pm to 4am, as well as on the eve of French public holidays. Entry includes drinks — four for a couple, three for a single man, two for a single woman, who comes in free. The dress code is written with a wink but meant seriously: chic, sexy and classy for everyone, and no tracksuits, holiday bermudas, trainers, flip-flops or caps. The management may turn away anyone whose outfit misses the mark.

The refusals apply to everyone; the club also suggests ladies leave trousers and shapeless jumpers at home. The management may refuse entry to anyone whose outfit does not fit the dress code.
