“Wer swingt, gewinnt!”
Club 22 is a swinger lounge in Maintal-Dörnigheim, just east of Frankfurt, at Wilhelm-Röntgen-Straße 22. It greets its guests with the house motto, "Wer swingt, gewinnt!" — whoever swings, wins — and welcomes singles and couples alike to spend a good time together and celebrate without a care. The club covers 520 m², in what it calls a stylish, immaculately kept setting: a bar with drinks of every kind, comfortable seating for first conversations, a large screen, a sauna with a massage table, and rooms such as an Asian room, a jungle room, a darkroom and a play area.
The week runs from Tuesday to Sunday. Tuesday is the BI-PARTY, open to the curious of every orientation; Thursday is a wellness party with a free wellness massage and a sauna infusion on the hour; Friday brings the Sündiger Freitag, and Saturdays change with the event calendar, from an Oktoberfest party to a couples-only night. Every other Sunday, the Kaffeeklatsch starts at noon with coffee and cake.
Entry is €60 for couples and €100 for single men, or €50 and €90 if you register in advance by phone, through the site's form or on JOYclub; registered single women come in free. Each night has its buffet, and on Fridays the bar's drinks are included too. Couples who come on a Friday can return free on another Friday within four weeks with the club's Doppelkarte.

The week at the house
Saturdays follow the event calendar: in October and November 2026 it lists an XXL Bi-Party, an Oktoberfest party, a photo-shoot party and an exclusive couples' party on 7 November, closed to single men and limited in numbers. The buffet runs from about 6pm. The price list calls Friday and Saturday "TEST THE BEST"; the Sunday Kaffeeklatsch is listed for the second and fourth Sunday of the month.

Entry
The lower prices apply when you register by phone, through the form on the club's site or on JOYclub. The buffet is part of the evening, and on Sündiger Freitag every drink at the bar is included as well. With the Doppelkarte, couples who come on a Friday get free entry on another Friday within four weeks.

- Single women are invited free when registered, and pay €10 without registration.
- The Tuesday BI-PARTY welcomes everyone who is curious: bi women and men, trans and gay guests, and cross-dressers.
- There is no house-wide dress code on the site; event nights set their own, such as stylish, sexy and well-groomed for the themed parties, or elegant and sexy for the couples' night.
- Some Saturdays are for couples only, with a limited number of places, so check the event calendar and register early.
